Diane Ovens - Registered BAS Agent

Diane has been working in administration/bookkeeping roles for 40 years, beginning as an employee followed in time by taking on her own clients as well. She came to realise that there was a gap in the bookkeeping service sector, and found there was a need for more registered bookkeepers who truly understand the aspirations and constraints of business owners.

Having had extensive experience in small business administration, bookkeeping and payroll, and having her own small bookkeeping business for many years, Diane registered her business as South West Cloud Bookkeeping in 2018.

Her commitment to professionalism has seen Diane go on to achieve the qualifications required to deliver a complete bookkeeping and payroll service that her clients can rely on and trust.

Qualifications:

• Certificate 1V in Financial Services (Bookkeeping)
• Diploma of Payroll Services
• Registered BAS agent
• Fellow member of the Association of Accounting Technicians Association
• Public Practice Certificate(AAT)

Away from her business Diane enjoys spending time with her family, time in her garden, cooking, relaxing at home with a good book or movie, dining out and attending AFL games in Melbourne.
Diane has volunteered for a variety of clubs and societies, her roles have included Secretary, Treasurer, Committee Member and even cook, and was awarded a life membership of the Camperdown Little Athletics Centre in 2012.

Diane has a dairy farming background and originates from the Western District of Victoria.
